About Ope & Co.
Ope & Co. is what happens when a mother and daughter from Wisconsin start turning their very specific sense of humor—and a borderline obsessive love of design—into physical objects.
We make things that feel familiar if you’re from here, and oddly specific if you’re not.
Everything we create is rooted in the details most people overlook—Midwestern mannerisms, supper clubs, vintage signage, small-town rivalries, and the quiet rhythm of life up north.
A little refined.
A little unhinged.
Very Wisconsin.

The Ladies
Joey is a professional photographer and lifelong design nerd who’s been obsessed with architecture, typography, and vintage signage since she was a kid drawing floor plans instead of doing homework. She’s a wizard with Photoshop and Illustrator and makes Sofia’s ideas come to life.
Sofia brings sharp wit, creative instincts, and the kind of brain that can turn a half-formed idea into something people actually want. She’s also the one most likely to look at something and say, “That’s cool. Put it on a shirt.”
How It’s Made
Our designs are created in Wisconsin and produced through carefully chosen partners so we can offer high-quality goods without turning the garage into a full-time shipping warehouse.
