Velvet Musky Vintage Supper Club T-Shirt - Retro Badge Tee
Like any respectable Wisconsinites, we love supper clubs. Deeply. Possibly unreasonably.
Since opening one is the dream, we’ve started by creating the fictional Northwoods institutions that absolutely should have existed.
The Velvet Musky opened in 1954. Closed when nobody’s kids wanted to take it over. That’s how it goes.
Red velvet booths. Carpet you’re not supposed to stare at too long. Prime rib carved with quiet judgment. Brandy Old Fashioneds that lean sweet and lean strong. Supper beginning at 5:30 sharp because if you’re late, that’s on you.
This is part of our Lost Supper Clubs collection, a series dedicated to places that feel real enough that you’re almost certain your uncle claims he’s been there. It never technically existed. But it would’ve been excellent.
Wear it if you:
• Believe 5:30 is the correct time for "supper"
• Trust a place that serves a relish tray without asking
• Think brandy deserves respect
• Have ever said “we should open a supper club” and meant it
The Velvet Musky.
Still pouring. Hypothetically.
